DIY: Dancing Queen

Have you ever found your PERFECT perfume and then you went on the street and somebody had exactly the same? This can be really frustrating. But I have something against it!

Habt ihr schon einmal das PERFEKTE Parfum gefunden und seid dann auf die Straße gegangen und jemand hatte exakt das selbe? Das kann echt frustrierend sein. Aber ich habe etwas dagegen!

Self-Made-Perfume (Dancing Queen)

What you need:

* 4 tablespoons Vodka
* 2 tablespoons Rose Water

For my favourite perfume - called Dancing Queen - you need these essential oils:
* 7 drops Mandarin
* 6 drops Cherry
* 8 drops Water Lily
* 3 drops Rosewood
* 3 drops Cinnamon
* 3 drops Vanilla

If you want to make your own perfume, just take other sorts of essential oils. I only would highly recommend to take altogether only 30 drops, because they are a bit skin-irritating.

* 4 EL Wodka
* 2 EL Rosenwasser
 
Für mein Lieblingsparfum - genannt Dancing Queen - braucht man außerdem folgende ätherische Öle:
* 7 Tropfen Mandarine
* 6 Tropfen Kirsche
* 8 Tropfen Wasserlilie
* 3 Tropfen Rosenholz
* 3 Tropfen Zimt
* 3 Tropfen Vanille
 
Wenn ihr euer eigenes Parfum kreieren möchtet, nehmt einfach andere Sorten ätherischer Öle. Ich würde allerdings stark empfehlen, insgesamt nur 30 Tropfen zu verwenden, da sie etwas hautreizend sind.

How to DIY:

 

 

1. Put the vodka and the rose water together.

1. Den Wodka und das Rosenwasser zusammengeben.

 

 

2. Dribble the essential oils into the vodka-rose-water.

2. Die ätherischen Öle zum Wodka-Rosen-Wasser träufeln.

 

3. Fill the mixture in a beautiful flacon and shake it.

3. Die Mischung in einen schönen Flakon füllen und gut schütteln.

 

 

4. Now let it rest for about two weeks. Only now the perfume smells how it should smell. (So don't give up if the perfume smells only of vodka in the first days ;)

4. Jetzt für etwa zwei Wochen rasten lassen. Erst jetzt riecht das Parfum, wie es riechen sollte. (Also nicht aufgeben, wenn der Geruch in den ersten Tagen nur an Wodka erinnert ;)

 

 Store under cool and dark conditions - and make a nice tag for the flacon with the name of the perfume on it :)

Kühl und dunkel lagern - und macht ein hübsches Etikett für den Flakon mit dem Namen des Parfums darauf :)
